Mental health refers to a person's emotional and social wellbeing, which can influence our actions on a daily basis. Our mental health can be affected by various things, including work, school, and our personal lives. Negative effects are caused by stressors, which are events or stimuli that causes stress. While there can be an extremely large quantity of stressors, there are also many ways to combat them and improve mental health.
